You can unsubscribe
- Log in to Gmail
- Choose which emails you want to unsubscribe

- Click on the i icon above
- You will see Report Spam, Report Spam and Unsubscribe options

- No more emails will be received from the selected accounts
Create a filter to delete spam mails
- Open Gmail and select the search box
- Type unsubscribe to list all promotional email
- Select all spam emails

- Click on the three dots at the top
- Select the Filter message option
- Select the Create filter option

- All are to be deleted then select Delete it option
- Below will be a notification that new filter has been created
- Delete you can also select Applying Labels and Mark Theme as Read

You can visit websites like temp-mail.org to get such temporary mail IDs. Make sure to use primary mail id only for important things. Email ID is the most important thing in the security of our data.
